Probably. The listed safe Asian countries are Israel, Malaysia and China. Israel would hope to get its first visit to the American Race that is going to safe for Americans to travel.
Although the worry about the Asia situation, the hope is to have a 5-continent race with a route of South America-Europe-Asia-Oceania-Asia (but not South Korea). Brazil and Australia both hadn't visited since TAR18 and unaware of being overdue. We haven't had a 5-continent race on consecutive two seasons in a row before.
