Phil posted something on Twitter and Instagram. It had #Venice. Most likely this is in California. Could the starting line be in the area? Speculating on a night start like TAR 25.

Okay, I don't think anyone's answered this question, so let me ask this again:

The "blind date" teams would be interspersed within S27? Or does it start with the S28 race? I know I read it somewhere, but I'm just not sure where, and I don't know when it was said.

We can all be patient, right? The MERS outbreak, among other things, has probably screwed over their route plans. They're probably scrambling to produce replacement legs.

Blind teams will be in S27. I looked at TAR casting website, and they do blind date casting again, so be prepare for S28 too.

Great to know. As long as S27 is more diversified than the season prior, I don't see a problem with them coming back.

In the past, some seasons started filming within the weekday. The most recent weekday filming started on Wednesday, November 12th, 2014 in TAR26.

No, there is no sighting yet and RFF does not give information before the race starts yet.

Probably. The listed safe Asian countries are Israel, Malaysia and China. Israel would hope to get its first visit to the American Race that is going to safe for Americans to travel.

Although the worry about the Asia situation, the hope is to have a 5-continent race with a route of South America-Europe-Asia-Oceania-Asia (but not South Korea). Brazil and Australia both hadn't visited since TAR18 and unaware of being overdue. We haven't had a 5-continent race on consecutive two seasons in a row before.
