I didn't insult anyone :stare I like her and this team, so don't take my insight the wrong way. It's true that she never complaining about her backpack being heavy or something, I just thought it wasn't a smart thing to take so many things on a looong journey. Peace ;)

Hayley is hardly the first racer to overpack. I distinctly remember past racers also carrying at least one hair-drier in their packs. Usually what happens is that teams shed more and more of their belongings as the race progresses. She also seems a lot more competent, driven and motivated than some other past and present racers.
It is true that she comes across as nagging. But editing is a powerful tool to form our impression of racers so without knowing her personally I wouldn't draw any firm conclusions. The same basically applies to all other racers as well.
Air:
Lul are you saying people like the BQs or Starr or Rachel from Davechel did not bring makeup? Or Rachel Reilly? Trying to imply that if you want to look good on TV means you're a terrible racer and bringing your team down isn't valid.
