Almost every time they go to Africa, during the 5-10 second montage of scenery shots, they usually play the same song and it's great.

Neobie:
Through all these seasons, my favourite has to be the TAR 5 Dubai episode, when Colin/Christie and Brandon/Nicole were racing to the same Route Marker in the desert via two different Detour options (skydiving vs 4x4). There were two themes alternating back-and-forth, with the music shifting each time the focus switched to the other side of the Detour. Great match of music and editing!
