TAR Asia and TARAu both shifted from ActiveTV to in-house production (AXN and 7 respectively), but both retained their hosts and basically remained the same.

China Rush and TAR China can be considered two different franchises, but even then, Allan hosting both gives them a sense of continuity.

HaMerotz got a new host, but everything else remained the same as well?

Probably the closest a franchise underwent a complete makeover was TAR Latin America since it moved channels and the later seasons were pretty different from the first two seasons. Season 2 of HaMerotz was pretty different from season 1 with a greater focus on ridiculous tasks.

Israel 1 looks more orthodox than later seasons, with detour & roadblock and several ARI task in each leg, this season also featured fast forward, normal yield & U-turn

Never thought the day would come for TARAu to return!!! Ahh i'm sooo excited and especially that it's on Ten after their fantastic adaptation of Survivor.

In terms of host, I think it won't be Grant, but instead Matty J. Over the last month, he's been travelling all around the world filming a TV show - so I think it fits if he was possibly filming stand ups? Just a guess? Plus he is a Ten personality. From memory, I think he was in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Barcelona, London and Tasmania. Is there precedent of hosts preparing and filming stand ups before actual race time?

BourkieBoy:
Casting EXTENDED until midnight Monday June 17

Extended for a second time? Maybe they're struggling to find some decent teams :funny: :)x
