The finish line looks to be one of the vantage points just opposite from Mutton Bird Island (Click for a closer look)

Just a theory, but we can see 9 barrels, as many as the legs of the race so far and the fur hat is on the fifth one. The leg in St Petersburg was the fifth one. Also I think that on the first barrel on the left (as we see it) there is pair of rubber boots like the ones the pitstop greeter in NZ was wearing. So the task could be to place in order an object the greeters were wearing or holding?

Yeah, on the third barrel, we saw coconut in Thailand leg. But I don't know what the blue thing on the sixth barrel is.
