That's a classic Amazing Race task, but as somebody's Speed Bump? I feel sorry for them :(

The only hit I get for Island harness racing is Red Shores (AKA Charlottetown Driving Park). Also, some of the actors bear a resemblance to the Confederation Players, who do historical re-enactments.
