Do we know about any other african countries visited on TAR AU 3 than Namibia? I tried to find anything about the african tribe seen on the caps - red-black-yellow clothing seems distinctive but so far no luck...

Cap 39 is Ashley & Jarrod in Argentina. The house on the right is similar to the ones on the suburban areas of Buenos Aires and the car's tapestry is usually seen in cabs here.

I posted this upstream, but since you mentioned Argentina, it got me thinking: carriage rides are offered by some of the estancias near Buenos Aires.
