There can't be a huge audience that understands all three languages the contestants use on the show!
They shouldn't force Jordan/Ekin to use their terrible Mandarin.
Don't like that the show assumes I know who the rest of these people are!

I've no idea. Maybe that's due to the schedule of some celeb contestants. For the filming of every leg the crew have to find a period of time when all contestants can participate.
