Are we even sure there is a SpeedBump? When the girls arrived at the mat and Phil announced that it was a NEL he didn't say anything about a speedbump, which is a little unusual.

I think I found this and also cap 3 from the preview in "Calle Alameda de Hercules, Seville, Spain", in the south end of the Plaza, Cap 3 is looking from the plaza to the west, and Caro&Jen pic is looking from one of the columns to the South of the Plaza which happens to be the a straight line South to the Barber Shop in "Calle Amor de Dios"
The architecture of the columns and the floor is the same, in the Caroline&Jennifer pic you can see the corner of a building in the right, is the same of this picture but this time on the middle left...

There was some kind of Christmas Market open between December 5th and January 6th, which included the Carrousel behind Caroline&Jennifer... Considering Filming took place in December 4th, everything should've been there already to open the next day.
