I live in Belgrade, Serbia, and it's possible to see TAR (since they have never been here). So if ever TAR come here via plane they will be in Belgrade, so you just can contact me via email if it happenns. Also, I can check news and live feed for other Balkan ("ex-yu") countries, because all those languages are similar :trampb:
