1. It was a good episode with a horrible horrible ending.
2. I felt sad for Mallory. Mark totally deserved it. And to think they were going of so well until the bag realization

1. It was a good leg, I wished that some teams did the cupping detour but whatever.
2. I felt sad for both of them. If they had gone back earlier I reckon they would of survived.

That if you take a couple of task out, leg 1 and 2 could've been a great First Leg with a longer premiere.

More frustrated that anything because it was their lack of teamwork that got them eliminated

1. It was too much of a mess.
2. Yes but not necessarily. They're not really working together as a team. The bag incident didn't throw them to last place apparently, it was the detour. That's already saying much.

4. Had a feeling this is a KOR leg. If any, either Caroline and Jennifer or Joey and Meghan. I can't really see any other teams get kicked off this early, well maybe John and Jessica but they seemed just fine this time around without the Express Pass.

Haven't watched it yet. I heard it's quite good though.

Felt sad. But it was their own downfall.

Brenchel's task smells fast-forward to me, but they struggle, so I guess maybe the Globes?

Yeah but it's painful to watch if they are safe and continue to have that attitude to each other.

I will only answer #2.

I think they deserve the elimination. Mallory for being somehow arrogant towards Mark during the episode. Mark because of being stupid. My thought is: I am in a race for a million. It is named THE AMAZING RACE. I am called for a second time. I have left my clothes, but my passport and even the medicines are with Mallory. I will just head to a Globetrotter sometime and ask them for a t-shirt. I will clean my clotes as much as possible. Mark had a kind of "moving" story, so every single team would have helped them. Just lending some clothes or whatever. Going back was just the stupidest thing ever.

actually the backpack incident didn't really cause their elimination
after they retrieved the backpack and arrived at the detour, they certainly were not the last team there as youtubes and JJ were still behind.
sure they lost so much time by going all the way back but it's not like the race for them was already hopeless.
i think they actually caught up with all the teams at the detour.
