S27 Ep 13 "Out On a Limb"

<< < (10/12) > >>

kiki:
Monica had no reason to flip. It's obvious that id someone of the loosing alliance or the RI returnee makes it to the final 3 they win the game. If she sticks with Tyson and Gervase to the F3 it becomes a matter of who gets the most votes amongst equally hated players. So she definitely has better chances this way.

Exactly what I was thinking. While personally I wanted Monica to go with Sierra and Hayden (I hate Tyson and Gerv being a total butt kisser), It would have been a bad move for Monica. Now Sierra/Monica/RI person can form an alliance and ride it to the F3.

I thought it was a stupid move for Serra to share reward with Hayden. If I were her I would have shared with Monica to try and sway her.

Very much agree - that would've been the smart option.

I don't think Monica would flip next week, but there's no way that flipping would have been the right move today. If she flipped she goes from 3rd place to 4th place, while if she works with Ciera and the Redemption returnee (which is doubtful) it places her in a better position.

I agree with all of you. If Monica played it right, she should convince to the Jurors before FTC that she voted the way she did tonight not because she depends on her alliance with Tyson and Gervase, but because that alliance depends on her at that point. She's got more cards from the past two TCs. Ciera has explained a rationale behind Tyson opting to choose rocks last TC, and now she has this.

Right now, Tyson and Ciera seem to have the most leverage at FTC in terms of strategy. They both have made bold moves or have lead charges. Monica has a chance, especially with her challenge performance that somehow is not worrying the others.

I'm still filled with dislike for Gervase -_- Even more so watching this TC! He even got angry? OMG if he did co-lead with Tyson, then 1. the edit implies Tyson has had more impact than Gervase, 2. that's one argument against him AND Tyson winning, that their games parallel and then the Jury will be torn. I just don't know at this point if I am filled with personal distaste, frustration, or confusion with this player. Because I don't see what he's done to his own game nor for others, yet he seems to believe that he has done significantly. I will not unleash full dislike for this finale, who knows maybe the edit will suddenly give him that hero edit and the producers were taunting us all along

Anyway, great eppy! RI duel was tough to watch, but Tina is so admirable! idk why IC seemed quicker/shorter than usual but that's prolly just me, or that most of the past ICs were in rounds or endurance. In TC, Monica is in the middle this time, and like last eppy it was quite hilarious and exciting to see ^_^

Marionete:
I loooved this episode, tribal was so intense! *.*
I agree that Monica could really stand a chance if she worked the jury a little, for example explaining her vote in this TC strategically. I think Tyson and Gerv pissed a lot more people off, so they would get the hate on FTC and Monica COULD win, although I think she might end up the way Sherri did - underrated from the viewer's point.

By the way, I'm also hoping for a Monica/Ciera/RI returnee alliance, although I wouldn't know who to root for :cmas4 They all 3 would be among my faves of this season. Anyway, I wouldn't want Tyson to win because of the way he treated others, esp Monica and Gervase is just so obnoxious & rude & stupid :groan:

There's quite a bit of truth to that as well. She'd probably lose to any of the Redemption returnees, but everyone seems to think Tyson will win if he makes the end, so she's probably stuck between a rock and a hard place. :cmas31:

stekay:
If the final 3 turns out to be the 3 alliance, I want to take back EVERY SINGLE THING I have said about Monica. Other than Ciera, she deserves to win this game!!

Gervase is an absolute nutcase, he'd be long gone without Tyson. And I don't see any of the current during voting for him or Tyson!

Hoping Laura gets off redemption again so bad!

This season has been amazing!!!!!
