That's what I would do if I was filming the race in such a public place. Maybe even throw in a few decoy teams.

But is that even possible? Can there be a ff after a NEL? What if the last team did the ff. Would they skip the speed bump?

I doubt a last place team that has a speed bump can even do the fastforward since they HAVE to do the speedbump.
This means that either brenchel or luigi got eliminated in the shri lanka leg and then there was another leg maybe in shri lanka where the Carolina's came in last but it was a NEL. Then we see them in the rome leg and we don't see brenchel or luigi. This means that there may be a Fastforward and maybe since they were all on the same flight brenchel got to it quicker and started it while the other teams said forget about it because they might finish it before us and we lose time.
Also keep in mind either brenchel or luigi may be lost and behind everyone else in the rome leg. Who knows.
Or another possibility is that both luigi and brenchel were eliminated in a new "double elimination" twist in shri lanka.

Just checked there and the only time the FF was on a Leg after a NEL was Season 22 Leg 7, so we could see a FF in Rome but I'm sooooo hoping there isn't one, because I really want to see Brenchel Eliminated :groan:
