YES That's Singapore Chinatown if I'm not wrong. The green and yellow building is People's Park Centre or Complex or something like that

I just checked, the first bus was at 6.00 am. The journey takes 5-6 hours. The photo was at 9.30. It's doubtful, but still possible.
