there's been mention about this country but like peach said, it's unconfirmed yet.

The other thing to remember is that Qatar is a major airline hub for connecting flights . as are KL, and Singapore. Let's be careful about assuming Qatar is the next leg, it may just be a connecting point.
(And our experience with flights in and out of Sabah in season 4 supports that caution.)

Okay guys. Let's not get all excited.
We have some very inconclusive tweets suggesting that racers were returning to airport, that has not been confirmed by on the ground crew. No idea if Qatar is true or not. Racers could very well be cozy in a hotel somewhere.
We also are working on something entirely different which may or may not have merit, we will know tomorrow.
At the moment there is nothing factual, no airport sightings.
Y'all keep an eye out, I am going to bed. :funny:

SANDAKAN airport has been raised as a possibility, they also have flights to KL.
