I'm speculating one of the Southeast Asian countries next. Doubt it's Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia or Vietnam.

I actually think it COULD be Philippines. Manila isn't affected by the typhoon, and they could have tasks related to typhoon relief like TAR 19 Thailand.

Maybe they could do a switchback about the carabaos in TAR5, but I doubt it would be as dramatic

Or if they go to the Philippines, they might do a task related to the recovery efforts and they could contribute in some way. Kind of like how they painted the school in Ghana in TAR17.
