No. The show has never had back-to-back NEL that early in the race. In fact, save for Season 19, the show hasn't even had two NEL within the first 4 legs.

Yea they were, but still technically NEL

Well, they were segments that didn't result in someone going home. Fair enough. Either way, regardless of that, and as mentioned in the other thread, it appears that if there's a NEL, it'll be the 4th leg, unlikely the 3rd leg, and definitely not both.
