I do think it's the Roadblock and our last task.

Here's my thought:
Nicole/Travis used their EP at the Detour and avoided the U-turn, when they came back, Amy told to Nicole "I hope they don't U-turn us". It means (might be) Leo/Jamal who's still doing the Detour at the fort (but they already wasted the U-turn, so it doesn't matter).

I don't think so. Roadblock will the the first then Detour. So the last team (Bunnies) has a chance to reach the W-turn board before the other teams.

It could be, but Nicole's not looking wet or busted at all when they ran past Jason/Amy.

She does not drop into the water and we don't know the distance between Roadblock and Detour. With the high temperature there, everything can dry up quickly.
