Yup. It was done to Youtube on TAR 22.

Really , hmmm doesn't seem fair that u can be uturned twice but can't use the uturn twice , jmo.

It is clearly not a blind u-turn. You only have to see the preview and the U-turn board, it has the "courtest of" in there.
And the Weavers were also yielded twice. There have been no restrictions according to receiving uturns and such.
