TAR 23 East Coast EP 5 SHOW updates and commentary **Need an Updater!**

Race proper on.
The Bushwhackers are heading back to find a boat in a place that I'm not gonna try to spell the name of. They've been racing for 30 hours or so.
Back at the longhouse, Jason and Amy are team number 2 and still racing. They claim that they knew they would still be racing because the sun is still out.
A recap of needing to go to Solidarity Square in Gdansk, Poland.
All teams bar last (Nicky & Kim?) get a quick recap of opening their clues.
The boat back to the mainland does not depart until 8:30 PM, so all teams are going to catch up.
Nicky and Kim are really laying on how tired they are.
The girls pull a mini Lucy & Emilia when they learn they are still in it.
Al teams are on the boat, the trip will take 34 hours, apparently.
Coutzy:
The express pass changes hands on the boat, but the teams want to keep it quiet as much as possible.
Teams now flying to Gdansk from Trondheim. I wish Bolo was here to try and pronounce those.
Teams are in Poland! The Ice Girls and The Cousins are first out the gate, but the lead is marginal, Tim & Marie bringing up the rear. All getting taxis to Solidarity Square.
"A lot of teams are trying to play nice and not U-Turn anybody, but... that won't be the outcome. It could be a bloodbath" -One of the (brothers?) M/M teams that aren't the cousins.
Ice girls and cousins are at th ewrong place, so it'll be Bloodbath Quote Guys are first to the square. Their clue tells them to go to the Golden Gate to find their next clue.

Coutzy:
Tim & Marie are at the shipyard that the ice girls ended up at, their driver is asking for directions, it seems.
The Ice Girls have ended up with "Pinky & No-Brain" -Leo or Jamal at the wrong place.
Bloodbath Guys (TIM AND DANNY!) get to the clue first. It's the Detour- Pose or Polka.
Pose requires teams to copy the stance of a bronze statue of Neptune to earn tips for their next clue.
Polka requires teams to learn a folk dance in full costume for their next clue.
Coutzy:
Tim and Danny can't decide who gets to wear the girl costume, they are dancing.
The Bushwhackers don't know where the Golden Gate is. They've called for help and gotten the cab of one of the other teams, who has told them he doesn't know where it is. Much surreptitious thumbs-upping was exchanged.
The ER Docs are Polka-ing, Nicky and Kim are Posing and one team in between is Polkaing. I missed them.
Ice Girls, Pinky and No-Brain and The Cousins are lost and confused.
The Bushwhackers have finally gotten directions.
Tim and Danny are proposing to rock off for the girl costume. One of them claims the other is a much more attractive female.
