The minaret's at the Sheikh Zayed Mosque are 107 m tall but the gallery is  considerably lower - maybe around 60 m?
But I wonder if they would be allowed to rappel off of them.

kiki:
The car that we see is a Yas Radical SST. It is driven by a professional driver and you can book a ride in it. Here is all the relative information
 http://www.yasmarinacircuit.com/en/experiences/passenger-experiences/yas-radical-sst

Note the restrictions, although I don't think they apply to any of the racers

--- Quote ---Due to the restrictions of this race car, please note our minimum height restriction is 160, maximum height restriction is 188 cm and maximum weight restriction is 105 kg

P.S. According to this http://www.baseball-reference.com/minors/player.cgi?id=sweene001tim
Tim is 6' 3" and that's about 190cm. So Marie is doing this task?

kiki:
This is the Sun Tower in Yas Marina Circuit

According this article http://www.timeoutabudhabi.com/sportandoutdoor/features/28017-yas-marina-circuit#.UnlFExDcD68

--- Quote ---a 60m-high VIP suite known as Sun Tower ensures unobstructed views for the ‘very important people’,

60m. is about 196.85ft. So teams could rappel from the Sun Tower straight into the circuit and the cars waiting. A RB maybe?

This is only speculation of course.
