:umn: Maybe the "donut" thing is a Route Marker Roadblock task. What if racer is looking through apartment buildings for specific address, where they have to eat a homemade Polish donut (pączki) before they receive their next clue. or maybe not.... hey, it's a stretch... ;)
...they could be stuck roaming the vast socialist style block apartments for hours looking for the address

Distance wise it would make sense if the Detour Decision was at the Monument to the Fallen Shipyard Workers? That would mean one side of the Detour is closer to the Detour Decision, and the other closer to the W-Turn.
