For what it's worth, earlier today someone tweeted Phil to ask how long it takes to film a season and Phil's reply was

Yeah, it is longer sometimes. 21 days is about the lower limit for how fast they can run the race. However, Phil would be in a position to know what is planned for TAR 24 and when asked a general question, he said 21 days. I'd say that's worth keeping in mind as the race progresses.

Jobby:
Yup, I remembered when they shortened it to 12 legs in TAR 12, they took 21 or 22 days to film. So that is why I say a good gauge will be between 20 to 25 days, plus or minus a few days.
