Well in all fairness Travis and Nicole are doctors, so ... Everything needs to be perfect and stuff ...
Something goes wrong and it may cost you a life of a human being ...
So maybe that's why they just hated losing so much ... The environment that they are regularly living kinda require them to avoid any mistakes that could possibly occur
But yes, Travis was supposed to be more supportive to Nicole. I understand that Travis couldn't help Nicole literally like Amy did, but the least he could do is to give her some moral supports. I mean the fact that it was Jason who shouted to Amy to go help Nicole and not Travis, also it was Amy who basically calmed Nicole down, really speaks volume on how Travis is not being a really good teammate at the moment. I must say I am a little disappointed
