<< < (3/4) > >>

Bwils927:
What a crazy leg! Hard to root against Kristen & Darren, but I really wanted the Brothers to stay in the race.

sharkshooter:
And it begins.

Recap of last leg.

Intro

The leg begins by highligthing Calgary even though it didnt finish there.

Route info: FLY TO YELLOWKNIFE, NORTHWEST TERRITORIES and get to Bush pilot monument.

They leg in the early morning.  Jet Dave left at 3:23 (didnt get the other two)

=====================
Bodybreak left at 2:10, I think.

So, for the ice-water dip - why, when Cory forgot to get the clue, didn't he have to get back in line?  But then, why not just jump in without the tie line rather than waiting in line in the first place?  It was easy enought to jump right to the ladder.

I think at that time, there are no other teams so Cory did not need to get back in line and could do it again immediately.

Kamineko:
My thoughts of this episode:
- I agree with Polaroid! The Roadblock was poorly designed. It only took less than 15 seconds to complete! :groan: I'm thinking the production hoped for some drama, but eventually it didn't happen.
- I really love the Speed Bump. However, I wished for they show in which part the Tims are wrong (like TAR19's Leg 1 Confucius Roadblock).
- The Detour also wasn't really original enough, because we've seen some parts in other seasons.
- Kudos for Vanessa & Celina for not wasting the EP and used it. I think they would've been eliminated instead if they didn't use it.
- Once again, overconvidence made another team with EP eliminated. This time, because Kristen & Darren too confident with the fact that they can row a raft. I wonder that they didn't realized that in fact they're in bottom three position after arriving in Yukon. If I were them, I would have use it that time.
- I'm getting annoyed by Holly and her breakdowns (yeah, with "s")! Looks like in next episode she will have another breakdown... :groan:

saskvagabond:
The Amazing Race Season 1, Leg 13. Alaska.

Roadblock was the Polar Bear Dip.
