Easy Fix. Use advanced Twitter search for "amazing race" (this eaxct phrase)
Add in ANY of these: Bandung, Jakarta, Airport whatever seems useful
And put NONE of these: Hal Body Break Canada and ...

Another Technical Hint:
With twitter its easy to exclude words from your searches by putting a - minus in front of the term. This url excludes the terms: "canada", "bodybreak", "body break", "AmazingRace_New"
