I am thinking somewhere where TAR is remotely unpopular or unheard of. Mongolia? Bhutan? Really remotely unheard of countries in Asia which explains the lack of spoilers and sightings.

Mongolia is absolutely not unheard of. Bhutan along Nepal are tops on our wishing list. But true unexpected countries at this time in the far east are the Principality of Mustang and the Kingdom of Sikkim.
If you can't find them there, please let us know, we will move over, then.
