Is there any possibility that the leg is actually in Doha?

Why is it that people keep saying Qatar, Kuwait, & Saudi Arabia are unsafe? I thought that they were fairly safe Middle Eastern countries, like Oman or UAE. They have been to Kuwait before, and the world cup will be in Qatar in 2022, so it shouldn't be as unsafe as North Korea or anything.

I agree that Kuwait is safe. Women are not allowed to drive in Saudi Arabia, so that makes it near impossible for the race to visit. And Qatar is definitely safe too.
