Vietnam has only been visited 4 times in 22 seasons.

Actually, we haven't spotted Team 11 either. But they are safe on Leg 1 because we have a picture of them at that Pit Stop talking with other teams.
However, I am getting a feeling that Team 11 is the Father/Son team. If it's not Team 11, then I don't know which M/M team it would be!

Keep in mid "Father-Son" is in the eye of the beholder. It could also NOT be true.
