Now that it's zoomed in like that, I think my speculation is a dead end. Jim's nose is too big and curved compared to the Team Bingo guy.

What is funny is how the eyebrows and chin kinda match, but I agree, the nose Knows.....

Plus I would add that our Bingo team appears to be father/son. Whether they are or not remains to be seen, but they should appear that way to the public eye.
