Joey/Meghan can not use a U-TURN anymore
they already used one in Vietnam
Mona/Beth's is their only hope now as Caroline/Jennifer's, Max/Katie's and Bates/Anthony's are still eligible to use a U-TURN

My thought too
that doesn't matter though. a "BLIND" U-TURN is still a "U-TURN".
that would be unfair and against the rule if Joey&Meghan is still eligible to use another U-TURN
if they do, oh well I guess that's the rule. You can use a BLIND and a REGULAR
