As much as I'm excited of every shred of information of TARI i must say that the couple in the bar are not dressed at all like a TAR team.
Further more in pictures that weren't published yet there was no one with a beard.

I found another sighting yesterday (day 2 of filming) from Las Vegas and a couple of tweets from the Stratosphere Hotel where some of the TAR Israel filming was done. Ran said TAR Israel films plenty of tasks so that they can fill 3 hours of air time and 2 days of filming is not surprising. Hey CBS, here's some food for thought!

The link is an odd one. It goes to an Australian production company called activeTV which apparently has worked with TAR Israel in the past. I kind of doubt they were producing for TAR Israel in Las Vegas, but stranger things have happened.
The SkyJump is from the top of the Stratosphere Hotel. From Wikipedia:
SkyJump Las Vegas holds the Guinness World Record for highest commercial decelerator descent with an official height of 829 ft (253 m) and is located at Stratosphere Las Vegas. SkyJump Las Vegas is a controlled decelerator descent. Riders of SkyJump Las Vegas are given a short safety lesson and suited up in a Stratosphere custom “jump suit.” The rider is then connected to a patented high-speed “descender” machine and led to the edge of a small platform where they will leap out and descend the Stratosphere Tower. The effect is similar to bungee jumping. Guide wires keep riders from straying off course. Just prior to reaching the rapidly approaching ground, the machine slows the rider down, bringing them to a controlled landing.
