The Houdini task might include escaping from handcuffs while being tortured in a dunk tank. It's at Coney Island so anything fun could happen there.

I think that refers to the RB (escape the straitjacket and bungy down). There might be more stuff at Coney Island, but I'm guessing it's just spot-the-clue.
