I think NIE is possibly in relation to the Northern Ireland Executive which is basically where the Northern Irish government are situated - located at Stormont Castle in Belfast (sorry I cannot include a picture)

They are currently filming a film called Sunshine on Leith near where she has as her location, so could be in reference to that.
