Holy crap. The one day we were at the monkey forest in Ubud we ran into the filming of the amazing race.
There are photos which I will refrain from posting until we have permission to use them! :tup:

Okay, so before we're all got excited waiting for the report from our Leg 4 Bali on the ground team, I'd just like to add some more pictures to our photo gallery or album whichever, from Melbourne airport
Coutzy has explained them very clearly and detailed what's happening there, and the photos were also great, these ones below might be a little bit poor in quality (taken from mobile phone), but yeah..it's there.. ;D
so...
The first one out of the arrival door was the Utah father/son team, in front of them were the camera and sound crew, this is taken at approx. 6.15PM - and we were surprised the terminal was sooo quiet, like there's only a reall few people waiting for their friends/family to pick up there... :ascared
and then...
here comes the second team out of the door, the infamous not-asian F/F team, Winnie and Cam, they're out not long after the father/son, approx. 6.18PM, followed by their cameraman..
the two teams were headed Left onto the escalator, which will take them to the domestic terminal, but first, they gathered in some point (which where our other friend, loseaguy, took his role here.. listening to the conversation), but we'll get back to this shortly.. ;)
oh! I also got to tell you when these two teams passed by us... we were like... whaaattt?? heyy.... where's those panicking.. running.. rushing.. loud-shouting.. atmosphere that we're expecting to be happen as soon as they're out of the door... :o :gaah: :duno: :(

There's this mysterious team came out third, at approx. 6.20PM,
I don't really know, and not quite sure if this is the M/M team that Winnie & Cam referred to as the Hockey Players? :duno: or they're just some random backpakcers ???
Apologize for only snapping them from the back, as they walked really fast straight to the Right (opposite the other two teams) and disappear from our sight...
These are couple more pictures of father/son entering the domestic terminal security checkpoint, but I'll explain this later, together with loseaguy's snaps below....

now.. move on to loaseaguy's story.. he told me to just go ahead tell the forum, as he's kinda a bit sad knowing the fact that teams are not racing in melbourne :(
here's where the two teams went after exiting the arrival door :
So as he standing at the opposite end of the door (there are two doors, me-coutzy-and raff were at the right end, and loseaguy on the left end),
he was trying to catch the conversation between these two teams, one thing that he's learned is that Winnie and Cam speak about getting on the second place at the last pit stop, and is this a sign that teams didn't really know their rival's position until they meet each other at the later times? :duno:
and also they were wondering around about the remaining teams, what flight they're on, where's the connection point, maybe they didn't notice the other teams because they were on the LEAD! :ascared
that's about all that loseaguy remember...
now here's the next scene :
Utah father/son team separated with Winnie & Cam when they reached the second floor (Departure Terminal)
me and loseaguy were following father/son going to Qantas domestic, while coutzy and his friend followed winnie and cam, going to Virgin Airlines domestic.
on the above pictures, you can see father/son trying to get through the security checkpoint, and as he put all the bags and their belonging, and the son almost enter the body-censor thingy, one of the guard stopped them and escorted them to the special lane, i don't know if this has gotta do with the father's moon boot or what ??? :duno:
anyway, here's the snap when they're being told to move to the special lane :
