Just a few thoughts and ideas about the synchronized swimming pics.........
When I first saw the screencap, I immediately thought of Russia. I remember from the recent London Olympics watching the Russians and how good they were. But Declive did bring up a valid observation. The colors of the swim caps of James and Mark do match Spain. The suits of the females match neither the colors of Russia or Spain. In doing some checking, Russia and Spain were 2 of the top three medal winners in synchronized swimming at London (along with China). So I decided to see if there was some sort of Olympic training facility in Mallorca..and sure enough there is. I feel pretty certain there is one in Moscow, though I didnt research that fact.
We do know that Leg 7/8 in Moscow and leg 10 in Mallorca. We know the probable final 5, but James and Mark are not one of them. Leg 10 would be elimination of the 5th place team probably......or last chance to eliminate them depending on NELs. So the question is......could James and Mark have made it to Mallorca? Unless we get some photo evidence that James and Mark even made it to Amsterdam, we cant really say they made it to Mallorca....even as decoys.
One last piece of evidence......the screencap is in an indoor pool. The training facility in Mallorca is an outdoor pool......so that pretty well eliminates Mallorca to me.....I will have to agree with Boingo and go with my first thoughts that it took place in Moscow.

48 to 51 are definitely Amsterdam. If you ask me, they do look like the area near the red light district or something. But most of Amsterdam looks like this so you never know... hmmm.
