based on comments from ZBC's friend and analysis of the Bali crew, we do not believe this to be Bali.
It may well be Cape Town South Africa --??shop in Cavendish Sq (please someone do some research on this?)
No idea what the filming is for, but in light of the new info, unlikely to be TARC

This is "Abandonados Asia" which is the Mexican version of Peking Express (it started in Hanoi)
