Thats a risk/reward gamble...if you put Frank up before POV, he could win take himself of and still not go home.
If you wait till after POV...you gamble...that someone you trust wins POV to veto on of the first noms and put Frank up to ensure he goes to Jury

and I wasn't going to watch tonight. This is great episode!! I wonder if Ian was referring to the replacement nom if Frank comes down with his conversation with Joe.
