That hardly seems fair though.
"You stunk at being a mentor and all of your people got evicted, so as a reward, you have the chance to win 5x as much money."
I'm sure they will mix things up somehow. I wouldn't be surprised if, at some point, they juggled the teams, or gave players/coaches the option to win a special power to switch teams.

Willie is not thinking straight apparently. He is insisting on everyone voting out Kara this week. Frank is going to be one of the best players of the season if he is left in the house. There is no way that frank is going to leave Willie in the house! If Frank wins HOH he will put Willie on the block, there is no doubt about that. Right now Frank would say anything to stay in the house. (If you where in the Big Bro house wouldn't you?)
