I saw plenty of instances where people tweeting from the Philippines used phil as an abbreviation for the Philippines, so I think it was in Manila, not Athens. The Midas Hotel and Casino wasn't too far away from the pit stop at the University. The sighting was an hour or so before the sightings at the University. It seems like a reasonable location for a task and the timing fits. I think it probably was TARP, but the lack of any other sightings from there does make me question it a bit. I wouldn't be shocked if it was a local race.

It makes total sense. Amazing race phil = Amazing Race Philippines. Why didn't I think of that? :lol:
