And it sure would have given Ross & Tarryn a huge lead to not save the girls the previous leg! They definitely got a great prize for winning the first leg!

Well (barring there being a Bollywood dancing task in any other season of TAR) this episode was filmed before TAR 20 even started filming so I don't see the point of your sarcasm. And Ross & Tarryn did also win $10,000, so...

Well I look stupid. That is indeed correct. And I was even too lazy to check what the prize was. I still stand by my opinion that the Salvage Pass is dumb, and the other tasks were all repeats.

Yeah. I've watched like one episode of TARA so it doesn't bother me, and doesn't worry Australian viewers. The tasks will hopefully get more original when they get out of India.

The tasks weren't that amazing, though at least the part where they had to speak foreign dialogue was something a little different.
Lucy and Emilia easily the highlight of this season, but the cast overall looks like it could be weaker than the first season. I also found the editing a bit too hectic, sometimes I wish it could slow down a little.

I think it's an extra departing hour , not?

Plus there was a Hours of Operation delay on arrival in New Delhi. It cost Ross/Tarryn absolutely nothing to be the saviors of Lucy and Emilia.

uhmm..
as far as I concerned, this season casts and race routes are far..far..far.. more better than the first season.. they've definitely learnt from the past and keep comparing and contrasting with other versions/franchises of TAR...
I'm a bit doubt that the tasks were NOT that amazing, I found them quite interesting actually... Even though we're all ever seen some repeated tasks, but what makes it different is the teams who are doing it... We heard some teams that they never missed any single episodes of the past Amazing Race seasons, but as the matter of fact, when they actually do the task it's just feel different and create a different response and different emotions and expressions, that could change the whole perception of the so-called repeated tasks...
and for the bollywood dancing, we don't know who reach India first, or who's first Idea, but we know that both US & AUS version are filming just about the same time... so we can't judge about this, but if we see the additional Indian dialogue task, then we can assume it's TAR AUS who tried to make it a little different from TAR US? or are they planned way..way.. ahead... let's just say it's a coincidence? i don't know..
I'm more proud of AUS version, because the after-production team really put a balance screen time on each and every teams... it might seem a bit hectic, but they try to fit every bit of pieces from all team rather than showcasing a certain team with a HUGE screen time and override the others...
that's just my 50 cents though, feel free to give a feedback

Ditto
I really feel like TARAus production go out of their way to find out what they can improve on
one thing they are very good at as editing
as much as i love the u.s. version, they try to make everything so quick and so suspenseful
and only the teams that go furthest are the ones who get the most edit
In TAR:U.S., the first team eliminated always tends to be irrelevant to them, so they hardly get any screen time
e.g. Ron and Bill in TAR19 got eliminated in the 2nd leg. I didn't care because i basically knew nothing about them
Adam and Dane got more screen time than the cops, which is why I was surprised they were the first eliminated team
like i said, in TAR:U.S., the teams that go far get the most edit, and the early eliminations seem completely irrelevant
I think in TARAus they are doing the opposite, they are trying to give the early eliminations as much screen time as possible, and the teams that go far less screen time in the early episodes, but will expand on them later on
you will all know what i mean once we reach the F5
