The dating couple (Hoang in this case) likes black but he always jokes with his gf he loves pink, so Thao wrote ‘pink’ 2 or 3 times.
The actors (Phuc) likes blue. Baggio chose this color because he saw Phuc was wearing blue T-shirt and cap.
The brothers (Chung) likes yellow.
The professional travelers (Binh) likes red.
10. Which food does your teammate most like to eat?
The dating couple (Hoang) likes to eat Bittet (beefsteak).
The actors (Phuc) likes cake. Baggio guessed Phuc would write ‘cake’ because Phuc often went through the brothers’ backpacks for finding cakes to eat after racing.
The brothers (Chung) likes Nem. I don’t know what exactly ‘Nem’ in this case because we have two different kinds of Nem in Vietnam due to dialectal differences. One food is ‘Nem chua’ (Vietnamese fermented pork) and one is ‘Nem rán’ (Spring rolls), but our Southern people call ‘Spring rolls’ is ‘Cha gio’. So I’m asking them.
The professional travelers (Binh) likes seafood.

I understand what you mean but I don't know the answer. The trailer didn't spoil anything, but I guess it's a double-length leg.

I don't think so. The brothers & travelers was penalized for 2 hours because the baskets are too heavy for them to carry, and they are allowed to empty them after the penalty, not because they are full.
