theschnauzers:
Peach, wasn't Phil quoted by the eyewitness as saying he was  "waiting for the Racers?" That would suggest to me that the early morning arrival was more likely.

While it seems we'e not sure if there were one or two legs in a couple of the countries, it does seem though we're having better luck this time around than TAR 19 or 20.

And Magic Mike (IMDb link) is a quasi-autobiographical film of Channing Tatum's experiences as a male stripper in Tampa before he made it as an actor. The film is directed by Steven Soderbergh  comes out June 25th. and also stars Channing Tatum, Alex Pettyfer, Matt Bomer,  Matthew McConaughey, Joe Manganiello, and Olivia Munn. It also open in the UK the first week in July.

Several of the Phil sightings were by Americans though.

Chateau d If:
It seems we are missing one day.  The Istanbul leg was run on Wednesday the 6th.

What if Phil was seen when he was doing his standup for the Moscow leg (Thursday the 8th).  That would have the Teams running Moscow tomorrow Friday the 9th.

The implication of missing a day is that there may be another leg between Istanbul and Moscow.  A TBC into Bulgaria would be possible with the Teams arriving in Moscow on

June 8th           FB 363    Bulgaria Air    3:10 PM       7:00 PM
or June 9th    SSU 2061   Aeroflot           12:45 PM          4:45 PM

I want that new country!!!!   :gaah:

RFF:
Shanghai
Surabaya
Moscow

Dhaka is probably a leg and Istanbul definitely is.

Sorry. The point was not what was a leg and what isn't, but what RFF pre-spoiled correctly.

We also had Taipei thanks to the China contingent, and Turkey in general terms, but not Istanbul specifically or Bangladesh.
