My vote is for a flight from here. It's the third largest airport on the island.
A few possible places to fly to:
Bali, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore

Also the clue that says 'Go to Jakarta' could say 'Go to Batavia' instead because Jakarta was originally called Batavia.
This is presuming that they are going to Jakarta.
It's also possible that production told them to take a train to Jakarta and then fly.
