could this possibly be Aimee Mullins? Model/Actress/Athlete?
Photo of her from a similar angle as above picture:
Looks kind of similar but really really hard to tell, but the overall description (actress/model/athlete) makes me think it might be her. Couldn't find any information about her having a boyfriend/husband though so not sure who that man is.
EDIT: nevermind, just checked her twitter and she just tweeted 15 hours ago, stupid for not checking that sooner!

sometimes, they have people tweeting for them...but it most like is NOT her anyways.
