It was my list for All Stars but I included them because I'd like to see them in a season of first elim. returnees. My mistake I'll correct it :)

Those are the most important reasons they should come back. Even if they're hated by some, that makes them more memorable (e.g. Romber in S11)

But many Survivor fans loved Rob and/or Amber and there wasn't much controversy that went towards TAR7 other than Uchenna & Joyce's Caribbean flight re-opening.
