The timeline is there are all to see, but I find the most interesting information is this:
4421 Rachel B 10:47:19 On top
4476 Dave/Rachel 11:33:03 Leaving?
46 minutes is a long time for a team to get down and out of their harnesses. It took 13 minutes to get ready for the ascent and only 21 minutes for the ascent. Why so long going down?

It does seem like it took them awhile to get to the ground. At 10:58 (4452) you can see both Rachel's on top, RachelB at the right. At 11:03 (4458) the camera crew is filming Dave and Rachel, I presume, towards the right side of the building where it was not possible for Bill to get any shots. So it did take quite a period of time for them to descend.
