AMERICA's GOT TALENT 7

<< < (7/12) > >>

apskip:
Last night was the 3rd of 4 quarterfinals. The acts were a bit strange in my opinion. My ratings of them were:
All Beef Patty, drag queen                             B-   (please!)
All Wheel Sports, stunt BMX team                   A
Elusive, break dancer                                    B
Spencer Horsman, escape artist                     B+
Inspire the Fire, singing and dancing group     C    (right in there with Big Barry)
Mike Price, rock star juggler                           B
Jake Wesley Rogers, singer                           B+
Cristin Sandu, balancing act                           B-    (it wasn’t his night; he needed to go for the short money)
The Untouchables, dance crew                        B
Jacob Williams, comedian                              A-
Wordspit and the Illest, band                         B     (this was pretty weird)
Lightwire Theater, novelty                               A
So, the talent was focused in Lightwire Theater, All Wheel Sports and Jocob Williams as the clear winners. The next echelon of talent was Spenser Horsman and Jake Wesly Rogers. I think Jake will prevail if that is the case.

apskip:
Those going through are Jacob Williams, Lightwire Theater, and the Untouchables. The #4 and #5 acts voted by the home audience were All Wheel Sports and Wordspit and the Illest. The judges voted for All Wheel Sports.

All other acts were eliminated:
All Beef Patty
Elusive
Inspire the Fire
Cristin Sandhu
Jake Wesley Rogers
Mike Price
Spenser Horsman

apskip:
Here are the 12 remaining acts for the 4th quarterfinal Monday night:
David Smith, human cannonball
All That!, clogging crew
William Close, "Earth harp" musician
Eric Dittleman, mind-reader
Eric & Olivia, vocal group
Horse, nut-shot act
Lindsey Norton, dancer
Sebastien "El Charro de Oro", mariachi singer
Olate Dogs, animal act
Joe Castillo, sand art
Ulysses, singer
Unity in Motion, dance troupe

apskip:
It was an incredible evening, as somehow the laws of probability were defied with the greater concentration of real talent ever in an AGT quarterfinal. Here are my ratings:

David Smith                    A
William Close                  A+
Unity in Motion                A
Eric Dittleman                  A
Unity in Motion                A

I gave B+ to Joe Castillo, Lindsey Norton and Olate Dogs.

Lesser acts were:
Eric & Olivia
Horse
Sebastien el Charro de Oro
Ulysses at the bottom of the heap.

So that means that all of my A ratings should make itt in, but none of anything else.

tarobbsessed24:
David Smith is a one trick phony. I don't think he'll make it,

I really liked Joe and The Olate Dogs!
