We had that in TAR 19 so i hope the trend continues, with leg 9 as a NEL!!!!

Unless this leg has a Double Roadblock, it is not an NEL.

I think 11 , 12 , and 13 are from Cochin Harbor , which is a pretty easy assumption to make, given the location lol. Hey, I like finding the easy one's , my brain still hurt's from searching images for the last leg. Maybe the dancing is on the ground's of The Hill Palace Museum , which was the home of the royal family at one time. I will look for some images to compare. The Hill Palace Museum would be an excellent place for a pitstop also. I can imagine the teams running up these steps to meet Phil.
